DIVINE HOMES HEALTHCARE SERVICES LLC is seeking compassionate Direct Support Professionals to provide individualized care in a residential home in West Springfield, VA. The role emphasizes promoting independence, dignity, safety, and quality of life for individuals with disabilities.

Ideal candidates are patient, dependable, and able to follow personalized care plans with strong communication and teamwork. Flexible part-time schedule with opportunities for advancement and paid time off.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Previous experience as a DSP, caregiver, home health aide, or in a related field is preferred.
• Experience supporting individuals with developmental disabilities is advantageous.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Ability to work independently and follow individualized care plans.
• Compassionate, patient, reliable, and professional demeanor.
• Ability to perform essential physical duties with or without accommodation.
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred.

Responsabilités

• Provide direct care and supervision in a residential home environment.
• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility.
• Support meal preparation, personal hygiene, and light housekeeping.
• Provide companionship, emotional support, and encouragement.
• Assist with medication reminders and basic health monitoring per care plans.
