Qualifikationen

• Previous DSP/CNA or related healthcare experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred.
• CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to obtain upon hire.

Aufgaben

• Provide direct care and daily living support to individuals with IDD.
• Assist with personal hygiene, grooming, bathing, and other ADLs.
• Support community integration, social activities, and outings.
• Administer medications and document care per ISP/care plans.
• Implement ISPs and behavioral support strategies.
• Communicate progress with supervisors, families, and healthcare professionals.
• Maintain a safe, clean home environment for residents.
