Responsibilities include medication administration under direction, strong teamwork with families and supervisors, and flexible scheduling to cover evenings, weekends, or holidays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Prior experience in direct support, caregiving, or related healthcare field preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire).
• Strong interpersonal skills with a patient, empathetic, and person-centered approach.
• Ability to pass a background check and meet state compliance requirements.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or holidays.
