Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.
• Caregiving experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care and support to individuals with IDD in home and community settings.
• Assist with activities of daily living including personal hygiene, grooming, dressing, and meals.
• Support clients in achieving goals outlined in service plans.
• Accompany clients to community outings, appointments, and events.
• Document progress and communicate with families and the care team.
