Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Experience working with individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities is desirable.
• Must be able to speak, read, write, and understand English.

Responsibilities

• Provide supports & training in vocational, volunteer, and community activities.
• Assist individuals in establishing and maintaining social connections.
• Coordinate and provide instruction to promote skill development and independence.
• Complete monthly trainings within the provided timeframe.
• Provide shadowing opportunities for new staff.
• Assist with curriculum development and transportation optimization.
