Seven Hills Foundation seeks a Direct Support Professional II for Children’s Congregate Care to support students in a residential setting. You will help build independence through routines, skill-building activities, and daily living support with a team.

The role requires mentoring staff, coordinating with education teams, and ensuring consistency across residential and school programming. A High School diploma and childcare experience are required; 21+ years old.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED/HiSet required.
• At least 2 years of childcare experience.
• Must be at least 21 years old.

Responsibilities

• Provide residential and daily living support to students.
• Assist with daily routines, including personal care and hygiene.
• Maintain a clean, organized living environment and assist with chores as needed.
• Align services with IEPs/ILPs and supervise activities.
• Engage students in structured programs and daily schedules.
• Advocate for student rights and communicate with families and team members.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary staff and mentor newer employees.
• Complete accurate documentation and comply with safety and regulatory guidelines.
