Seven Hills Foundation's Stetson School seeks a Direct Support Professional Supervisor – Residential to lead and develop direct care staff, ensuring a safe, structured, and therapeutic environment for students. You will supervise residential staff, coordinate daily operations, oversee programming, and be a key leader on the residential team.

You will play a critical role in maintaining high-quality support, staff performance, and adherence to safety, behavioral protocols, and documentation

Qualifications

• Supervise, coach, and support Child Care Specialists and Senior Child Care Specialists.
• Oversee staff orientation, performance evaluations, training, and professional development.
• Coordinate recruitment, interviewing, scheduling, staffing coverage, and attendance/performance concerns.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily residential programming, recreation, skills groups, and community integration activities.
• Oversee implementation of behavior management strategies and individualized student plans.
• Serve as Team-in-Charge and Campus-in-Charge as assigned, addressing staffing needs and operational issues.
• Ensure staff maintain appropriate student supervision and professional boundaries.

Special training or specific skills; student intern experience or volunteer work may be credited toward experience.Standard driver’s license – class C or class D0 – 3 years of related experience
