Job summary

Seven Hills Foundation is seeking a Direct Support Professional I for Children’s Congregate Care in the United States. The DSP I will provide direct care and supervision to youth in 24/7 residential programs, working with a multidisciplinary team to maintain a safe, structured, and therapeutic environment.

Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent and a valid driver’s license (Class C or D1) with at least 3 years of related experience.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the safety, supervision, and well-being of youth through active engagement and therapeutic interaction.
• Monitor the treatment milieu for safety risks and take corrective action, escalating as needed.
• Accurately document client care: shift notes, logs, and required rehabilitation documentation.
• Maintain confidentiality and HIPAA compliance; follow CPI de-escalation techniques when necessary.

Direct Support Professional I - Childrens Congregate CarePay: $20.00/hourSchedule: Per Diem with a minimum of two shifts per monthThe Direct Support Professional I (DSP I) - Children's Congregate Care provides direct care and supervision to youth in Seven Hills' 24/7 acute and congregate residential care programs.
