Qualifications

• High school diploma or higher is required
• Ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally
• Must complete pre-employment requirements (CR, CARI, DMV, drug screen, physical, PPD)

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care and supervision in a residential home
• Assist with personal care and daily living activities
• Administer and document medications
• Teach independent living and life skills
• Provide transportation to appointments and community activities
• Complete required documentation accurately and professionally
• Support day-to-day operation of the residence
