Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must be 18+ years old and have a valid driver’s license.
• Compassionate and patient demeanor with individuals who have disabilities and mental health challenges.

Responsibilities

• Provide Support & Care: Encourage and guide individuals to meet goals per person-centered plans.
• Foster a Safe Environment: Build trust, protect rights, and maintain a respectful home.
• Meal Prep & Housekeeping: Prepare meals per dietary specs; assist with laundry and cleaning.
• Transportation & Advocacy: Transport to appointments; advocate and assist with documentation.
• Medication Administration: Administer prescribed medications and ensure correct dosages.
• 24/7 Availability: Be awake and accessible in homes requiring around-the-clock care.
• Supervise Daily Activities: Support personal care, life skills, and social activities.
