The DSP role includes personal care, daily living tasks, job coaching, and advocacy to support personal goals. Responsibilities include assisting with daily living skills, community activities, and documenting program plans under supervision.

Qualifications

• Genuine desire to help others.
• Supportive personality with a strong work ethic.
• No prior experience required; we offer comprehensive training.
• Valid driver's license and current auto insurance.
• Ability to safely transport individuals in a Human Services setting.

Responsibilities

Hourly Rate: $17.18 - $19.00 (including a $1.82 weekend shift differential)

Job Summary:

This position involves providing support in various settings, which may include personal care, daily living activities, job coaching, skill development, advocacy, and communication assistance, all aimed at helping individuals achieve their personal goals.

Key Responsibilities:
