Job summary

Connections Services, LLC in Bloomington, MN is hiring Direct Support Professionals to care for residents in our group homes. Positions available part-time and full-time, with day, evening and weekend shifts.

Starting salary is $17.00-$18.00 hourly, with benefits after 60 days of employment and 30+ hours per week for eligibility. DSPs provide a range of services, including personal cares, instruction, meal preparation, social activities, and medication administration.

Qualifications

• No degree required; training provided for high-quality care.
• Must have a valid US driver's license.
• Basic computer skills are expected for scheduling and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Provide care giver services including personal cares when appropriate and necessary.
• Medication administration.
• Meal preparation and feeding assistance.
• Support residents with hobbies, studies and social activities.
• Participate in development of Individual Program Plans.
