Job summary

Connections Services, LLC is hiring Direct Support Professionals to work with residents in Bloomington, MN. We offer both full-time and part-time roles with day, evening, and weekend shifts.

Starting pay is $17.00-$18.00 per hour, with benefits eligibility after 60 days, including health, dental, vision, and life/LTD, plus 401k after 90 days. A valid driver’s license and ability to perform personal cares are required.

• Willingness to provide personal cares for residents, including bathing, toileting, dressing, administering medications, and lifts.

We are a company that provides care giver services to individuals who are developmentally disabled. All our group homes are in the Bloomington, MN area.

We currently are looking for Direct Support Professionals to work with our residents at several of our Bloomington homes. We have full and part time positions available;, days, evenings, and weekends.

Starting Salary: $17.00-$18.00 hourly

Benefits: Eligible 1st of the month after 60 days employment. Health insurance (ICHRA), Dental, Vision, Company Paid Life/LTD. 401k-eligible after 90 days employment. Must be scheduled 30+ hours per week to be benefits-eligible.

What do Connections Direct Support Professionals do?

DSPs provide a variety of services to our residents, and duties vary from program to program, but may include (but are not limited to):

• Providing care giver services to our residents, including personal cares when appropriate and necessary
• Teaching and maintaining skills
• Cooking, meal preparation, and feeding assistance
• Providing support with hobbies, studies, and social activities
• Participating in the development of Individual Program Plans
• Medication administration
• Participating in fun recreational activities with residents!

Connections Services, LLC will conduct a Minnesota Department of Human Services Background Study on all new employees.
