Abound Health is hiring Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) in Raleigh, NC to provide caregiving and daily living support for individuals with IDD. The role includes assisting with ADLs, community participation, and behavioral support, with paid onboarding and weekly pay.

Flexible schedules offer full- and part-time opportunities, plus a $1,000 signing bonus paid in installments. Starting pay is $15.40 per hour, with a supportive team environment and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Valid driver’s license, current auto insurance, and reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass criminal, driving, and healthcare registry checks.

Responsibilities

• Build positive relationships and support individuals in achieving personal goals.
• Assist with daily living activities such as meal prep, hygiene, and household tasks.
• Support individuals in community participation, employment, and social activities.
• Use adaptive tools to aid learning and communication.
• Encourage independence and help individuals develop new skills.
• Monitor health and safety while maintaining a supportive environment.
• Communicate with Abound team members, families, and case managers as needed.
• Complete documentation and maintain schedules.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development.
