Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of Direct Care experience.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience working with individuals with IDD and Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI).
• Minimum of 1 year of In-Home Care experience.
• Basic knowledge regarding personal care tasks, household management, and meal preparation.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on Direct Support with ADLs and IADLs, maintaining client dignity.
• Facilitate community involvement, social inclusion, and employment support as needed.
• Document services, health status, and progress, ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development.
