Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of Direct Care experience.
• 1 year of experience with individuals with IDD and TBI.
• 1 year of In-Home Care experience.
• Be familiar with personal care tasks, household management, and meal preparation.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on care and advocacy to support independent living.
• Assist with daily tasks, provide emotional support, and document progress.
• Support community involvement and social inclusion for clients.
