Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of Direct Care experience.
• Experience with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (IDD) and Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI).
• Active Direct Support Professional (DSP) certification or in HCWR program preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide person-centered support and advocacy to individuals with disabilities.
• Assist with daily tasks, meals, medications, and ADLs to promote independence.
• Collaborate with treatment teams and document progress and changes.
• Maintain safety, confidentiality, and compliance with agency policies.
