Job summary

ASG Home Care is hiring Direct Support Professionals to support individuals with developmental disabilities in homes and communities across New Jersey. You will work one-on-one, following each client’s ISP, to promote independence and daily living success.

We offer flexible hours, local cases, and a supportive team. Must be 18+, with a can-do attitude; CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to obtain is required or preferred. Competitive hourly pay in NJ.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred.
• Prior caregiving, DSP, or human services experience preferred but not required.
• CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire).

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized home and community-based support.
• Assist with daily living activities including personal care, meal preparation, and transportation.
• Encourage independence and community participation per ISP.
• Document services accurately and communicate with the care team.
• Build meaningful, consistent relationships with the individuals you support.
