Job summary

ASG Home Care in New Jersey is hiring Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to support individuals with developmental disabilities in homes and communities across New Jersey. You will work one‑on‑one, following each client’s ISP and promoting independence and daily living skills. Flexible hours and local cases, with 18–24 USD per hour, provide a supportive environment and opportunities for growth within a DDD‑focused agency. Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred.
• CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire).
• Compassionate, dependable, and motivated to make a difference.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized home and community-based support to individuals with developmental disabilities.
• Assist with daily living activities including personal care, meal preparation, and transportation.
• Encourage independence and community participation aligned with each client's ISP.
• Document services accurately and communicate with the care team.
• Build meaningful, consistent relationships with the individuals you support.
