Job summary

ASG Home Care in New Jersey is seeking Direct Support Professionals to assist individuals with developmental disabilities in home and community settings across New Jersey.

As a DSP, you will work one-on-one following each client's ISP, helping with daily living activities, transportation, and community participation while building trusting relationships.

We offer flexible hours and consistent cases with competitive pay of $18–$24 per hour based on experience and case assignment.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred.
• CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire).
• Prior caregiving or human services experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on home and community-based support to individuals with developmental disabilities.
• Assist with daily living activities including personal care, meal preparation, and transportation.
• Encourage independence and community participation aligned with each client's ISP.
• Document services accurately and communicate with the care team.
• Build meaningful, consistent relationships with the individuals you support.
