Alliance Adult Care Services in Monroeville, PA is seeking dedicated Direct Support Professionals (DSP) for full-time roles with daytime and evening shifts. You will provide hands-on daily living assistance, promote safety and independence, and document care with the team.

If you are compassionate, punctual, and good with people, training is provided. Must be 18+, have HS diploma/GED, reliable transportation, and be willing to work at multiple locations.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Possess a high school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Criminal Clearance requirement less than 1 year old (if applicable).
• Reliable transportation is a MUST and proper insured vehicle is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on care and daily living assistance (meals, bathing, dressing, personal hygiene).
• Foster a safe, inclusive, and nurturing environment for clients.
• Facilitate recreational and social activities to promote skill development.
• Assist with transportation to appointments, outings, and activities.
• Monitor and document clients' progress and communicate with the care team.
• Collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams to create individualized care plans.
• Be a dependable companion and advocate to maximize independence.
