Job summary

Access Services in Montgomery County, PA is seeking Direct Support Professionals (DSP) to assist adults with developmental disabilities in homes and community settings. Multiple shifts offered from 9AM to 8PM on weekdays, with both full-time and part-time options available.

Responsibilities include personal care, daily living assistance, and light housekeeping, following individualized plans, and maintaining notes. Paid training is provided; experience is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• One year of direct care experience preferred.
• Paid training provided; no prior experience required.

Responsibilities

• Assist individuals with developmental disabilities in homes or the community.
• Follow care plans using approved interventions including support and documentation.
• Maintain case notes and participate in supervision and training.
• Support daily living activities and light housekeeping.
