Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver's license and acceptable identification on file.
• Passing background and health checks; post-hire medical assessments.
• Ability to stand, move, lift up to 100 lbs; physically demanding shifts.
• Ability to document care in English, with clear verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Assist with ADLs: bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and meal prep.
• Administer medications and monitor vital signs.
• Maintain a clean, safe living environment with light housekeeping.
• Engage clients in social activities and community events.
• Use mobility equipment like Hoyer lifts with proper technique.
• Document daily activities and incidents accurately.
• Maintain confidentiality per HIPAA regulations.
