• Paid training is provided; no prior experience required.
• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent; Easterseals Reading Test optional.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care including assisting with personal hygiene and hands-on activities.
• Develop authentic relationships with clients and foster a family-like environment.
• Monitor and support client goals to promote confidence and independence.
