Qualifications

• Valid driver's license required.

• Must not be disqualified by criminal background studies.
• Able to read and write in English.
• Able to document information electronically.
• Flexibility and ability to work without direct supervision.
• Demonstrates problem solving and positive work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Assist individuals with dressing, grooming, hygiene, and daily living activities.
• Administer medications as required and within scope of role.
• Support independent living skills and community participation.

• Provide care with flexibility and assertiveness, following plan and supervision.
