EON, Inc. is seeking a Direct Support Professional (DSP) to provide person-centered care to individuals with disabilities at residential settings in Marshall, MN.

The role requires flexibility to cover overnight, morning, and weekend shifts, with a focus on promoting independence and safety. Qualifications

• Possess a valid driver’s license and pass a Motor Vehicle Record check.

Responsibilities

• Assist with dressing, grooming, hygiene, and basic self-care.
• Administer medications and support daily routines as prescribed.
