Access Services is seeking caring Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) for full-time and part-time roles to support individuals in the Glenside, Ambler, Willow Grove and surrounding areas. You will assist with daily living activities, personal care, and light housekeeping in homes and the community.

Starting wage is $17 per hour with increases based on education and experience. Paid training is provided, and part-time staff accrue up to 10 days of PTO annually.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• One year of direct care experience preferred.
• Background checks, physical examination, and driving history record required.
• Ability to meet essential working conditions and provide direct care as needed.

Responsabilités

• Assist individuals with developmental disabilities in daily living activities and community engagement.
• Provide supports per the individual's plan of care, including safety, emotional support, and positive reinforcement.
• Maintain appropriate case notes for individuals served.
• Engage in supervision, training, and ongoing professional development.
