Resources for Human Development (RHD) is seeking Direct Support Professionals (DSP) for Adesha Village in Montgomery County, PA. This full-time role pays $18.20/hour with DailyPay available, plus benefits after 30 days.

You will support adults with mental health needs and developmental differences, helping them gain independence and participate in the community. You’ll provide individualized support, assist with daily living tasks, and follow ISPs/behavior plans.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Basic computer and internet skills.
• Ability to read, write, and complete documentation in English.
• CPR/First Aid and other required training.
• Ability to support adults with intellectual/developmental needs.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily living assistance and skill-building to residents.
• Support community participation and independence.
• Deliver trauma-informed, person-centered care.
• Document accurately and on time.
• Collaborate with team and supervisors to ensure consistent, high-quality support.
• Assist with on-call activities and emergencies as needed.
