Resources for Human Development (RHD) is seeking compassionate Direct Support Professionals for Adesha Village in Downingtown, PA. You will support adults with mental health needs and developmental differences, promoting independence, skills, and community participation.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Basic computer and internet skills.
• Ability to read, write, and complete required documentation in English.
• Ability to complete required training, including CPR, First Aid, and other assigned training.
• Ability to effectively support adults with intellectual and developmental differences and behavioral health needs.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living and independence goals.
• Provide hands-on support, skill-building, and supervision.
• Support individuals in community participation and daily routines.
• Maintain safety, medication administration after required training, and ISP/plan adherence.
• Complete required documentation and collaborate with the team.
