Resources for Human Development (RHD) is seeking Direct Support Professionals to join Adesha Village in a full-time role. You will support adults with mental health and developmental needs, helping them build skills, gain independence, and engage in community activities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Basic computer and internet skills.
• Ability to read, write, and complete required documentation in English.
• Ability to complete required training, including CPR, First Aid, and other assigned training.
• Ability to effectively support adults with intellectual and developmental differences and behavioral health needs.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living and personal care.
• Provide individualized support to maximize independence and quality of life.
• Encourage development of daily living skills and decision-making.
• Deliver trauma-informed, person-centered care.
• Document accurately and maintain logs and records.
• Collaborate with team to ensure consistent, high-quality support.
