Job summary

Resources for Human Development (RHD) is seeking Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) for Adesha Village in Collegeville, PA. You will support adults with mental health needs and developmental differences, helping them build skills, gain independence, and engage in community activities.

This full-time DSP position offers $18.20/hour with DailyPay, 401(k), PTO, training, and career development opportunities. Join a compassionate team dedicated to person-centered care.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read, write and complete required documentation in English.
• Ability to complete CPR, First Aid and other trainings as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living including meal planning and preparation, housekeeping, shopping, and personal hygiene.
• Provide individualized support to maximize independence and quality of life.
• Encourage development of daily living skills and independence.
• Provide supervision and guidance based on each individual's needs.
• Support individuals in achieving ISPs goals and demonstrate trauma-informed, person-centered care.
• Develop skills with program and clinical team to provide consistent support across real-world settings.
• Promote community participation and meaningful relationships for residents.

Education

High School Diploma or equivalent

Associates or Bachelor’s Degree (Preferred)
