Redwood Family Care Network’s Eagles Wing is seeking a Direct Support Professional in Crookston, MN to provide compassionate, person-centered care for residents with diverse needs. The DSP will support health, safety, independence, and community inclusion within a team-based, home-like setting.

The role supports implementing care plans, documenting progress, and participating in mandatory trainings. It offers full-time or part-time shifts, a $500 sign-on bonus, and a comprehensive benefits

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED
• Must obtain and maintain First Aid and CPR certification
• Crisis de-escalation or therapeutic intervention training may be required

Responsibilities

• Direct Services: implement resident support plans and provide direct care
• Program Planning: assist in implementing individual program plans
• Documentation: record progress and outcomes consistently
• Daily Progress: track resident progress on a daily basis
• Areas of Support: assist with personal care, rights, community participation, and health needs
• Resident Routines: follow established routines for residents
• Resident Rights: protect and observe resident rights
• Training and Meetings: attend mandatory trainings and meetings
• Environment: maintain a homelike, respectful living environment
• Health, Safety, and Welfare: safeguard residents' well-being
• Policies and Procedures: follow training guidelines
• Reporting Structure: report to DC or Assistant DC
