Essential Services LLC is seeking a Direct Support Professional (DSP) to provide person-centered care in clients' homes and in the community. You’ll assist with daily living activities, implement individualized goals, and foster growth and independence.

Weekend availability is required; transportation may be used for client outings. The role emphasizes compassion, reliability, and teamwork within a mission-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Prior experience as a DSP or in a caregiving/support role.
• Own reliable transportation for transporting clients.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily tasks such as hygiene, meals, and light housekeeping.
• Implement goals outlined in the Individual Support Plan (ISP).
• Foster healthy routines and support client development.
• Accompany clients on outings, appointments, or errands.
• Promote social inclusion by encouraging community interaction and positive relationships.
• Provide safe and reliable transportation using your own vehicle.
• Ensure safety in home and community settings.
• Maintain regular communication with the administrative team.
• Accurately complete all required documentation and reporting.
