Job summary

Mains’l Services is hiring Direct Support Professionals (DSP) to support individuals in their homes and communities. You’ll help people live full, meaningful lives with person-centered care and flexible part-time schedules.

As a DSP, you’ll contribute to daily living activities, mobility support, transportation, and skill-building while documenting care and maintaining a positive environment.

Qualifications

• Compassion, reliability, and a willingness to learn.
• 18 years or older.
• Valid US driver’s license with reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass a background check through DHS.
• CNA license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide Person Centered Supports tailored to the individual needs (including Activities of Daily Living, behavioral supports, coaching and skill-building).
• Assist with transportation to various activities and medical appointments.
• Maintain safe, clean, and welcoming living environments (including laundry, housekeeping, and meal preparation).
• Teach valuable skills—from financial management to communication.
• Be a source of companionship, guidance, and advocacy.
• Accurately document care and daily activities.
