Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Experience working with the I/DD community preferred.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Build supportive relationships and deliver person-centered care.
• Assist with daily living activities and coordinate social participation.
• Maintain documentation in compliance with regulations.
