Job summary

Fitzmaurice Community Services, Inc. is seeking Direct Support Professionals to provide individualized support in a licensed community residential facility. DSPs assist with daily living, personal care, and community engagement while promoting independence, dignity, and quality of life.

Schedule is Tue–Fri 6:30am–2:30pm (32 hours per week). The role includes documentation, medication administration, and collaboration with the care team.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must pass and maintain Medication Certification & CPR/First Aid Certifications.
• Must have a valid U.S. Driver’s License and be insurable under company policy.

Responsibilities

• Provide intensive individual support and personal care to clients.
• Promote independence by teaching daily living skills.
• Engage clients in structured activities to encourage growth and participation.
