Qualifications

• Eligible to pass Medication Certification and CPR/First Aid certifications.
• Must have a valid US driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Provide intensive individual support and personal care services.
• Promote independence and autonomy through daily living skills instruction.
• Engage clients in structured activities to foster growth and participation.
• Complete required documentation (time/attendance, logs, progress notes, reports).
• Participate in planning for individualized program implementation.
