Job summary

This role offers paid training and requires dedication to fostering community integration. With a work schedule of 38 hours per week, candidates must be at least 18 years old and hold a valid U.S. driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to pass and maintain medication and CPR/First Aid certifications.
• Valid U.S. driver’s license and insurable under company policy.

Responsibilities

• Provide intensive individual support and personal care services.
• Promote independence through skill teaching.
• Engage clients in activities encouraging growth.
• Documentation of time, logs, and reports.
• Participate in communication for individualized program.
• Administer medications responsibly.
• Use least intrusive methods for support.
• Encourage community integration and resource use.
• Maintain confidentiality regarding client information.
