Job summary

Fitzmaurice Community Services, Inc. in Stroudsburg, PA seeks Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to provide individualized support in a licensed community residential facility. The role focuses on daily living skills, personal care, and community engagement while promoting independence and dignity.

Schedule: Mon & Tue 11:00pm-7:00am, total 16 hrs/week. Paid training, no experience required, plus benefits including 403b and AFLAC. EOE.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Medication Certification & CPR/First Aid required.
• Valid U.S. Driver's License with insurance eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Provide intensive individual support and personal care to clients.
• Promote independence by coaching daily living skills and behavior management.
• Engage clients in structured activities to encourage growth and participation.
• Complete documentation: time and attendance, daily logs, progress notes, monthly reports.
