Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED (required) and Minimum age: 18
• One year working with individuals with developmental disabilities (preferred)
• Valid South Carolina Driver’s License and acceptable driving record required

Responsibilities

• The Direct Support Professional (DSP) provides support, supervision, and training to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in a Community Training Home (CTH).
• The Habilitative Support Professional (HSP) provides person-centered support to individuals with developmental disabilities in adult day services, helping them achieve goals, build skills, engage in the community, and maintain their health, safety, and independence.
