Job summary

Rever Grand in Oregon seeks Direct Support Professionals to empower adults and, when needed, children with intellectual and developmental disabilities to live independently at home and in their communities.

As a DSP, you will help with daily living activities, support personal goals, document progress, and contribute to plan development while upholding dignity and respect. Flexible full-time and part-time schedules and comprehensive benefits await eligible staff.

Qualifications

• Minimum of high school diploma or demonstrated equivalent.
• Experience as a Personal Support Worker (PSW) or caretaker is a plus.
• Be at least 18 years old.
• Consent to and pass a required State Background Check.
• Be legally eligible to work in the United States.
• Ability to document daily activities and goals with a device.

Responsibilities

• Support individuals with personal basic needs and daily activities.
• Help clients achieve goals and aspirations in home and community settings.
• Document daily activities and progress at end of shift using a smart device.
• Participate in developing and implementing plans to meet needs.
• Communicate with individuals and families respectfully.
