Job summary

Living Innovations seeks compassionate and dedicated Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to empower adults with IDD to lead fulfilling lives within their homes and communities. Full training is provided, and Living Innovations does not operate group homes or offer overnight shifts.

You will provide daily living assistance, transportation to appointments and outings, and support in developing life skills, in a role that emphasizes independence and dignity.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid state driver's license and reliable vehicle.
• Ability to pass background checks per state and company policy.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily living assistance with dressing, meals, and hygiene.
• Provide transportation to appointments and community outings.
• Encourage participation in social activities and hobbies.
• Help individuals develop life skills and achieve their goals.
• Foster a positive environment that promotes independence and dignity.
