Living Innovations is seeking compassionate, dedicated Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to empower adults with IDD to lead fulfilling lives within their homes and communities in Skowhegan, ME. You’ll provide daily living assistance, transportation to appointments and outings, and support their participation in social activities.

This full-time role offers training, a starting rate of $17 per hour, benefits including health, vision and dental insurance, paid time off, mileage reimbursement,

Qualifications

• Patient, caring, and positive attitude.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build rapport and trust with individuals with IDD.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to individual needs.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid state-issued driver’s license and vehicle access.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily living assistance with tasks like dressing, meal preparation, and personal hygiene.
• Provide transportation to appointments and community outings.
