Job summary

The Arc of San Diego is hiring a Direct Support Professional to support adults with disabilities in a day center setting in El Cajon. The role runs Mon–Fri, 8:30am–3:00pm, with a pay rate of $20.00 per hour for this position.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Six months of experience working with individuals with disabilities.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Valid California Driver’s License with current auto insurance and clean driving record.

About the Role:

• Schedule: Mon-Fri 830a-3p
• Pay: The pay for this position is $20.00 to $20.00
