Job summary

The Arc of San Diego is seeking a Direct Support Professional (DSP) Aide to provide hands-on support to individuals with developmental disabilities in day programs and residential settings. You will assist with personal care, daily living activities, and community engagement to help participants gain skills and independence.

Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, 6 months experience preferred, and the ability to deliver person-centered, respectful support.

About the Role:

Are you passionate about making a positive impact? As a Direct Support Professional (DSP) Aide, you'll provide hands-on support to individuals with developmental disabilities in both day programs and residential settings. Working closely with a team, you will assist with personal care, daily living activities, and community engagement to help individuals achieve their goals and enhance their independence.

• Location: San Marcos
• Pay: The pay for this position is $18.00 to $18.65.
• Schedule: Mon- Fri 8a-2:30p
