Dungarvin is seeking a Direct Support Professional (DSP) or DSP Float to support individuals with mental, intellectual, developmental, and physical disabilities in Indianapolis or nearby counties. You will provide direct care, guidance, and encouragement to help clients live as independently as possible while respecting their dignity.

This full-time role includes overnights and 2nd shifts with competitive wages.

ADirect Support Professional (DSP) or DSP Float/ caregiver provides direct support, positive direction, instruction, and assistance to individuals with mental, intellectual & developmental, and physical disabilities. The ultimate goal is to empower individuals with disabilities to live as independently and comfortably as possible while maintaining their dignity and respect.

Schedule: Full-time - Overnights and 2nd shift

DSP Wage: $15.75

Float Wage: $18.75 - $20/hr
