Job summary

Abound Health is hiring Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) in Hampstead, NC to provide caregiving and daily living support for individuals with IDD. You will assist with ADLs, community participation, and behavioral support while helping clients live independently.

Starting pay is $16.00–$17.00/hr + a $1,000 signing bonus. We offer Flexible schedules, Weekly pay, Paid onboarding & training, growth opportunities, and a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation may be required.
• Willingness to complete background checks and training.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on support for daily living activities
• Assist with meal preparation, hygiene, and household tasks
• Support community participation and social activities
• Use adaptive tools to aid learning and communication
• Monitor health and safety and maintain a supportive environment
• Complete documentation and scheduling, and participate in ongoing training
