Job summary

Waves, Inc. is hiring a Direct Support Professional (DSP) / Caregiver in Murfreesboro to help individuals with disabilities live meaningful, independent lives. You will be trained for the role and work in-person within a supportive team environment.

Responsibilities include daily living support, promoting independence, community engagement, and adhering to individualized care plans to ensure a safe, respectful atmosphere.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to pass background check and drug screen.
• Must be able to work in-person.

• $16/hour, with an additional $1/hour for weekend shifts

• 1st, 2nd and 3rd, and PRN shifts available
