Job summary

Waves, Inc. is seeking a Direct Support Professional (DSP) / Caregiver to support individuals with disabilities in daily living and community activities. The role focuses on building independence and providing a safe, respectful environment, following care plans with the team.

Starting at $16/hour with an additional $1/hour for weekend shifts. Paid training and full-time benefits are offered, including medical, dental, vision, retirement, and generous PTO.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to pass background check and drug screen.
• Must be able to work in-person.
