Job summary

Waves, Inc. is hiring a Direct Support Professional (DSP) / Caregiver to help individuals with disabilities live meaningful, independent lives in our community. If you’re compassionate, reliable, and dedicated to making a real difference, we’ll train you.

You’ll provide daily living support, help build life skills, accompany individuals on community outings, and maintain a safe, respectful environment while following individualized care plans with your team. Full-time benefits available.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to pass background check & drug screen.
• Must be able to work in-person.

What You’ll Do

• $16/hour, with an additional $1/hour for weekend shifts

• 1st, 2nd and 3rd, and PRN shifts available
